What are the installation technical requirements for sludge dewatering machine?

The sludge dewatering machine must be maintained before and after installation, paying attention to the moisture-proof of the motor, electrical control device, hydraulic system, and air control system, as well as the anti-corrosion of all rusted parts, and protecting the outer surface of the machine. Attention must be paid to safety during hoisting to avoid damage to the machine due to collision. There should be sufficient space for use and maintenance between equipment and other devices near the sludge dewatering machine, and there should be a pedestrian passage of no less than 1 meter around the main body of the sludge dewatering machine. There must be a 2-meter space above the host for assembly, disassembly, and maintenance. When installing and positioning electrical control boxes, hydraulic systems, and air control systems, space for assembly, disassembly, and maintenance must also be considered. In order to prevent the machine from colliding with the machine during operation, which may damage the machine or generate noise, this is beneficial for the maintenance and repair of the machine.

Sludge dewatering machine

The electrical control cabinet should be placed in a dry, ventilated, and non corrosive place, and should be close to the main unit with good ventilation. An on-site control button (operation console) should be installed next to the host for easy observation and operation of the host. The sludge dewatering machine is usually installed as a complete machine and should not be disassembled. If it is indeed necessary, it must be confirmed by the manufacturer's technical personnel after assembly.
