What are the installation technical requirements for sludge dewatering machine?Before installing the sludge dewatering machine, the foundation (installation platform) should be poured strictly according to the drawings provided by the company. The sludge dewatering machine must be installed horizontally, with the reference plane being the plane of the machine base platform. The unit weight is approximately three times the weight of the machine. In addition to the static load of the machine, it is also necessary to allow the foundation to withstand the dynamic load generated by the vibration of the machine (dynamic load=machine weight x 0.5), such as the overhead installation of sludge dewatering machines. The load-bearing beams and operating platforms are the responsibility of the engineering design department. The sludge dewatering machine must be maintained before and after installation, paying attention to the moisture-proof of the motor, electrical control device, hydraulic system, and air control system, as well as the anti-corrosion of all rusted parts, and protecting the outer surface of the machine. Attention must be paid to safety during hoisting to avoid damage to the machine due to collision. There should be sufficient space for use and maintenance between equipment and other devices near the sludge dewatering machine, and there should be a pedestrian passage of no less than 1 meter around the main body of the sludge dewatering machine. There must be a 2-meter space above the host for assembly, disassembly, and maintenance. When installing and positioning electrical control boxes, hydraulic systems, and air control systems, space for assembly, disassembly, and maintenance must also be considered. In order to prevent the machine from colliding with the machine during operation, which may damage the machine or generate noise, this is beneficial for the maintenance and repair of the machine. Sludge dewatering machine Due to the slight vibration of the sludge dewatering machine during high-speed operation, the pipeline connected to the sludge dewatering machine must be flexibly connected and have reliable sealing or insulation devices. The sludge dewatering machine should have a grounding device to ensure no leakage and safe use of electricity. The diameter of the external outlet pipe shall not be smaller than the diameter of the machine outlet pipe, and there shall be no dead corners or blockages. The pipeline layout should be lower than the height of the outlet pipeline and have a certain height difference to ensure smooth flow of liquid. According to the electrical control schematic and system configuration diagram of the sludge dewatering machine, mechanical and electrical technicians will connect solid, liquid, and power pipelines to wait for the operation and commissioning of the sludge dewatering machine. The electrical control cabinet should be placed in a dry, ventilated, and non corrosive place, and should be close to the main unit with good ventilation. An on-site control button (operation console) should be installed next to the host for easy observation and operation of the host. The sludge dewatering machine is usually installed as a complete machine and should not be disassembled. If it is indeed necessary, it must be confirmed by the manufacturer's technical personnel after assembly. |
