Construction of fully automatic centrifuge

A fully automatic centrifuge is a centrifuge that can automatically feed and scrape off materials, and can operate without human supervision according to a set program. It can achieve fully automatic operation.

The fully automatic centrifuge mainly consists of the centrifuge host, hydraulic station, PLC frequency conversion cabinet, and on-site operation box.

The main unit of a fully automatic centrifuge includes: the mechanical part of the centrifuge, the feeding tube, the feeding valve, the washing tube, the washing valve, the scraper cylinder assembly, the material level controller, the vibration protection device, and the electric motor;

The hydraulic station of the fully automatic centrifuge includes: box body, motor, solenoid valve, and oil pipe interface;

PLC frequency conversion cabinet for fully automatic centrifuge: including casing, PLC programmable controller, touch screen, electrical components, air switch, relay;

The on-site operation box of the fully automatic centrifuge includes buttons, indicator lights, emergency stop buttons, and alarm lights.
