Operating procedures for fully automatic centrifuge

Manual operation

Place the on-site operation box of the fully automatic centrifuge in manual mode (the "manual" indicator light is on, and the "manual/automatic" button can be pressed to switch);

Press the "medium speed" button to start the fully automatic centrifuge (medium speed is usually set as the feed speed);

After the "speed stability" indicator light is on, press the "feed" button to add material (speed stability refers to the speed of the fully automatic centrifuge reaching the set feed speed);

After the "feed" indicator light goes out, press "high speed" to perform high-speed dehydration;

Press the "low speed" button to slow down after the dehydration time is up;

After the "speed stability" indicator light is on, press the "scraping" button to unload the material;

After the "scraping" indicator light goes out, it indicates that the unloading has been completed;

If it is necessary to continue adding materials after scraping, follow the sequence of steps 2 to 7; If there is no need to continue working, do not press any button.

Automatic operation

Place the fully automatic centrifuge in automatic mode (the "automatic" indicator light is on, and the "manual/automatic" button can be pressed to switch);

Press the "Auto Start" button, and the fully automatic centrifuge will run automatically according to the set program.

Opening operation method

Release the locks on the large flip covers of all fully automatic centrifuges;

Press the "door cover open" button and do not release it until the fully automatic centrifuge cover is completely opened;

To maintain the fully automatic centrifuge, please open the flip cover and insert the flip cover safety pin into the limit slot;

When closing the cover, please remove the flip cover safety pin and press the "door cover close" button until the door cover is completely closed.

Special situation handling methods

Press the 'stop' button in any state, and the fully automatic centrifuge will automatically shut down;

In emergency situations (such as sudden severe vibration or abnormal noise of the centrifuge), press the "emergency stop" button, and all working states of the fully automatic centrifuge will be automatically reset and stopped;

If the fully automatic centrifuge cannot be started, press the "emergency stop" button to attempt a reset. If it still cannot be started, follow the prompts on the touch screen of the electrical control cabinet to find the cause.

Note: In the event of a sudden special situation with the fully automatic centrifuge, press the "emergency stop" button and quickly leave the scene. Wait for the fully automatic centrifuge to stop before conducting the inspection.
