The LLWZ type centrifuge is a flagship product independently developed by our company, which perfectly combines the structural features of sedimentation centrifuges and filtration centrifuges. It is particularly suitable for working conditions with low solid content in the mother liquor or containing a small amount of viscous substances, thus expanding the application scope of the LLW series centrifuges. The feed liquid is subjected to solid-liquid stratification under the action of centrifugal force in the sedimentation section, and most of the liquid or low-density viscous substances are discharged. The concentrated material is further dehydrated in the filtration section. Under the combined action of the dual dehydration mechanisms, it can ensure that the moisture content of the solid phase meets the process design requirements.
