1、 Product Description

The PBZ series is a fully enclosed manual loading and unloading filtration centrifuge designed in accordance with GMP standards and environmental requirements, with a wide range of material applications. It has good applicability to suspensions with high temperature, high viscosity, small particle size, and various difficult to separate fibrous materials, with a minimum separation particle size of 1 μ m. Due to its high separation factor, simple structure, and excellent performance, it is often selected by various research institutions as a testing machine.

Working principle

Under the action of centrifugal force, the material tends towards the drum wall, and the liquid phase passes through the filter holes of the drum wall covered by the filtering medium, tends towards the inner wall of the shell and falls into the chassis, and is discharged through the outlet. And the solid material remains in the drum and can be thoroughly washed, thus completing solid-liquid separation. After stopping the machine, open the shell flip cover, and after manual unloading is completed, close the flip cover and lock it to start the next working cycle.
