SSC three legged settling and unloading centrifuge

Main performance:

1. SSC sedimentation centrifuge is a three legged intermittent operation sedimentation equipment. The material is added to the non porous drum from the upper part without the need for filter cloth. Under the action of centrifugal force field, heavier solid phase deposits on the drum wall to form a sediment layer, and lighter phase forms an inner liquid ring. The clarified inner liquid phase can overflow from the drum by flipping over the liquid blocking plate, or be led out by a skimming tube during operation

The drum and solid phase are manually unloaded from the upper part of the drum after shutdown.

2. Suitable for separating suspensions with fine particles containing solid phase, high viscosity, low concentration, difficult regeneration of filter media, and a higher specific gravity of solid phase than liquid phase.

3. The centrifugal brake device can use three braking methods: holding brake, expansion brake, and frequency converter brake. There are two types of foundations: those with foundations and those without pouring foundations (equipped with shock absorbers).
