working principle:

The horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge is a filtration centrifuge that operates continuously and intermittently, with automatic control (or manual control). The feeding, separation, washing, dehydration, unloading, and filter cloth regeneration processes during centrifuge operation are generally completed at full speed, with short single cycle time, large processing capacity, and good filtration (low moisture content of filter cake) and washing effects.

The Gk series horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge is widely used in industries such as chemical, food, light industry, pharmaceutical, starch, etc. It is suitable for suspensions containing coarse, medium, and fine particles, such as ammonium sulfate, ammonium bicarbonate, polyvinyl chloride, cassava modified starch, etc.

The GKH series siphon centrifuge is based on the ordinary horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge, using the siphon principle to increase the filtration driving force. The filtrate that has passed through the filter medium enters the filtrate chamber, and the filtrate is discharged from the drum through the siphon tube (skimming tube). Adjusting the suction position of the siphon tube can change the liquid level depth in the siphon chamber to change the filtration driving force, filter speed, processing capacity, filter cake moisture content, and washing efficiency. The GKH series centrifuge has a siphon function, which increases the filtration driving force and can achieve lower filter cake moisture content than the GK type when processing materials with higher viscosity. Set up a backwash device, which can add backwash liquid to the siphon chamber when needed. The washing liquid flows through the filter medium into the drum, restoring the filtering performance of the filter medium and achieving regeneration. The siphon type horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge is suitable for large production volumes, requiring low moisture content in the filter cake and thorough washing. It is widely used for the separation of materials such as starch, sodium bicarbonate, and calcium phosphate.

10. The siphon type horizontal centrifuge adopts the siphon principle and has high production efficiency. It has a production capacity that is more than 50% higher than the GK type centrifuge (with the same drum diameter), and the moisture content of the filter cake is lower.
