Main features:

1. The structural design is reasonable, the transition of structural components is smooth, and the surface is polished to effectively eliminate hygiene blind spots. The external structural components, fasteners, and drum are made of stainless steel. The shell is flip type, which can thoroughly clean the space between the centrifuge shell and the drum compartment.

2. The machine base and casing are welded together as a whole, with high load-bearing strength.

3. The machine base is a flat plate structure, which lowers the center of gravity of the machine and reduces the installation space. The flat plate base can be used as an operating platform, making it easy to operate.

4. Equipped with liquid damping shock absorbers, the vibration reduction effect is good and daily maintenance is simplified.

5. Flip cover of the shell, equipped with feeding tube, washing tube, observation mirror, and lighting hole. Configure an online cleaning system (optional) to clean the invisible parts inside the centrifuge, such as the inner wall of the centrifuge shell, the inner and outer surfaces of the drum, and the surface of the collection tank, to ensure cleanliness requirements and comply with GMP standards.

6. Strong universality, with grains that are not easily broken, it can be used for separating suspensions with solid particles, as well as for separating fibrous materials, with a wide range of applications

7. Using a frequency converter for smooth start-up and adjustable separation factor.

8. Sealed structure, with sealing components made of silicone rubber or fluororubber, equipped with a nitrogen protection system (optional), can achieve sealed explosion-proof requirements, suitable for applications in toxic and flammable/explosive environments.

9. The PBZ centrifuge adopts a direct coupled explosion-proof motor, which eliminates the frictional dust caused by the belt drive; Meanwhile, due to the motor being installed at the bottom of the machine, the centrifuge occupies a smaller area.
