Product Introduction The horizontal spiral sedimentation filtration integrated centrifuge uses the sedimentation principle to clarify and separate suspensions, and uses the filtration section to perform secondary dehydration on solid slag. It can be used for solid-liquid separation or centrifugal dehydration of suspensions with solid particle diameters ranging from 0.03 to 10MM. Its characteristics include continuous feeding, continuous discharging, minimal liquid phase running, and very dry solid phase. working principle After the rotating body composed of a drum and a spiral body reaches the rated speed n1 and n2, the suspension continuously enters the spiral body acceleration bucket through the feeding pipe for acceleration. Due to the centrifugal force, the material is evenly distributed in the inner cavity of the drum, and the material with a higher specific gravity is attached to the drum wall (outer layer). The material with a lower specific gravity is more concentrated in the middle (inner layer), forming a two-phase or multi-phase layering. At this time, the solid phase is pushed to the slotted drum by the pushing action of the spiral blades for secondary centrifugal dehydration. The solid phase is discharged from the solid phase outlet outside the machine, and the separated clear liquid is discharged from the liquid phase outlet 1 (mother liquor outlet) in the settling section, and from the liquid phase outlet 2 (filtering section) through the pores of the filter screen in the screen section.
