Product Structure Principle The inner wall of the cone orchid is equipped with a filter screen, without a distributor or accelerator. It is driven by an electric motor to rotate at high speed. The suspension is added through the feed pipe, evenly distributed through the distributor, and accelerated before entering the small end filter screen of the cone orchid. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is discharged from the cone through the filter screen and small holes on the cone. Solid particles form a filter cake on the filter screen and slide towards the larger end of the cone. As the diameter of the drum increases, the centrifugal force also increases. The filter cake gradually becomes thinner in the cone orchid, resulting in further dehydration. When the filter cake moves to the large end of the cone, it continuously flies out of the drum along the tangential direction under the action of inertia force and falls into the aggregate chamber of the shell for unloading.
