Working principle of spiral discharge settling centrifuge:

The suspension enters the drum from the feed pipe, and the solid particles are accelerated and settled on the inner wall of the drum under the action of centrifugal force. The settled particles are pushed by the blades of the screw conveyor and are discharged from the settling zone (straight section) through the drying zone (cone section) to the solid phase outlet; The clarified liquid phase overflowed from the overflow hole. Thus achieving automatic and continuous separation of solid and liquid phases. It can be applied to different occasions such as dehydration, concentration, grading and clarification.


The main features of the spiral discharge filtration centrifuge are:

1. The main components such as the drum and spiral are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

2. Spiral conveyor sprayed with wear-resistant alloy or embedded with welded hard alloy sheets (optional).

3. The drum speed is infinitely adjustable.

4. Spiral differential speed can be adjusted (with step or stepless speed regulation).

5. Safety protection: speed detection, over vibration protection, motor overload and overheating protection, spiral zero differential protection.

6. For high viscosity materials, hydraulic differentials can be used for stable and reliable operation.

Drum: 1. Adopting a large aspect ratio structure, the aspect ratio of 4.0-4.4 extends the sedimentation zone and improves the separation efficiency.

2. Made of high-quality stainless steel materials such as AISI321, AISI316, or AIL1329, welded and treated to eliminate intergranular corrosion.

3. The solid slag discharge outlet is embedded with wear-resistant hard alloy or ceramic.

4. The inner surface of the drum is equipped with longitudinal ribs in the direction of logistics to protect the inner surface from wear and tear.

Spiral: 1. Made of high-quality stainless steel materials such as AIS1321, AIS1316, or AIS1329.

2. The feeding part of the spiral blade is embedded with wear-resistant hard alloy with a thickness of ≥ 3mm to improve the service life of the spiral, making it have good toughness and sufficient hardness.

3. Adding vibration aging treatment and computerized dynamic balancing and automatic weight balancing technology during the spiral manufacturing process has improved the overall performance and working life of the machine.

4. It can guarantee 60000 hours of wear resistance and no fracture failure.

Differential: Advanced linear star gears are selected, and the differential speed between the screw and the drum is 1-30R/min. According to changes in load and sludge concentration, the differential speed is automatically feedback adjusted, and the pushing power is automatically compensated to ensure the constant dryness of the mud cake and obtain better mud coal.

Machine base: Made of high-quality carbon structural steel material, the bottom layer is sprayed with 80um DFT primer containing mica and iron oxide, and the surface layer is sprayed with 100um high-grade chloroprene rubber paint, which is baked in a car specific paint baking room.

Chassis and hood: Made of high-quality stainless steel materials such as AIS1301, AIS1321, or AIS1316, the surface is polished and passivated before being treated with a matte finish to ensure the corrosion resistance and aesthetics of each component.
