The feeding part of the spiral blade is embedded with wear-resistant hard alloy with a thickness of ≥ 3mm to improve the service life of the spiral, making it have good toughness and sufficient hardness. 3. Adding vibration aging treatment and computerized dynamic balancing and automatic weight balancing technology during the spiral manufacturing process has improved the overall performance and working life of the machine. 4. It can guarantee 60000 hours of wear resistance and no fracture failure. Differential: Advanced linear star gears are selected, and the differential speed between the screw and the drum is 1-30R/min. According to changes in load and sludge concentration, the differential speed is automatically feedback adjusted, and the pushing power is automatically compensated to ensure the constant dryness of the mud cake and obtain better mud coal. Machine base: Made of high-quality carbon structural steel material, the bottom layer is sprayed with 80um DFT primer containing mica and iron oxide, and the surface layer is sprayed with 100um high-grade chloroprene rubber paint, which is baked in a car specific paint baking room.
