Product Structure Principle

The main motor drives the inner and outer rotating drums of the set to rotate at full speed. The material is continuously introduced through the feed pipe and evenly distributed to the inner filter wall of the inner drum. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase material passes through the filter screen and the filter holes of the drum wall and is discharged outside the machine through the discharge pipe, while the solid phase material is trapped in the inner drum to form a circular filter cake layer. While the inner and outer drums rotate at the same speed, the inner drum continuously moves back and forth axially under the push of the piston. Therefore, the feeding tray intermittently pushes the filter cake layer of the inner drum to move outward and rotate inward, further separating and forming a ring-shaped filter cake layer when entering the outer drum. The outer surface of the inner drum then intermittently pushes the filter cake layer of the outer drum to move outward and discharge out of the outer drum, which is then discharged outside the machine through the scraper groove.

 The HR series centrifuge is a horizontal two-stage piston push and continuous operation filtration centrifuge. Can operate at full speed. Continuously carry out processes such as feeding, separation, washing, and unloading. It has the advantages of continuous operation, balanced operation, high separation factor, large production capacity, high yield, good washing effect, low moisture content of filter cake, and low solid content of mother liquor. Suitable for separating suspensions containing solid particles with particle size greater than 0.08mm and concentration greater than 35%. Suitable for industries such as chemical, fertilizer, alkali production, salt production, etc., especially suitable for solid-liquid separation of sodium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, etc.

The selection range of filter gap width is 0.08-0.40mm.
